Spinly is a decision spinner. This policy explains what happens to data when you use it.
Your lists, your options, and your spin history are stored only on your device, in the app’s own storage. They are never uploaded, never synced, and never sent to us. There is no account, no login, and no server belonging to Spinly.
Deleting the app deletes all of it.
Spinly also stores small preferences on your device: sound and haptics toggles, spin duration, how many times the app has been launched (used to decide when to ask for an App Store review), and whether you have bought Remove Ads.
The free version of Spinly shows ads through Google AdMob. AdMob is operated by Google, and when it serves an ad it may collect:
This data is collected by Google, not by us — we never receive it. Google’s handling of it is described in the Google Privacy Policy and in How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services.
After your first spin, Spinly asks for permission to track your activity across other companies’ apps and websites. This is the standard iOS App Tracking Transparency prompt.
You can change your answer at any time in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking on your device.
Buying Remove Ads is a one-time in-app purchase. When it is active, no ads are requested and AdMob collects nothing. The purchase is handled by Apple; we never see your payment details. Your entitlement is checked with Apple’s StoreKit and is tied to your Apple Account, so you can restore it on your other devices.
Spinly is not directed at children under 13 and does not knowingly collect personal information from them.
If this policy changes, the effective date above changes with it, and the updated policy is published at the same address.
